Care and Fellowship Ministry
The heart of the Care and Fellowship Ministry at Cornerstone Church is
found in Matthew 25: 35-36: "for I was hungry and you gave Me food, I was
thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was
naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison
and you came to Me."
This Ministry works with other Ministry leaders and our Pastor to assure that
the needs of God's people are met, without exception. We are committed
to living, seeking and obeying the Holy Spirit to do all things as unto the
Lord Jesus.
We have servant teams in place to:
1. Visit and encourage shut ins.
2. Pray with and assist the hospitalized.
3. Cook and deliver meals to the sick and those released from the hospital
or those who had surgical procedures.
4. Make phone call to encourage and pray with the downcast and ill.
5. Transport to and from appointments when needed.
6. To do random acts of care and fellowship wherever there is opportunity,
as God calls.
